Legal harvest & licensing
Client affirms any animal to be recovered was taken legally under a valid, current license and tag per the game laws of the state of harvest. Wicked Wing provides recovery assistance only and does not verify or assume responsibility for the legality of the client's hunt.
Scope of drone use
Drones are used to locate and help recover downed or deceased game only, never to locate, pursue, harass, or take live wildlife. Service is offered only where drone-assisted wildlife recovery is permitted under applicable state and federal law.
Landowner permission & property access
Client is responsible for securing permission to access all land where the animal may be located, including adjacent and neighboring parcels. Pilots will not enter property without documented permission. Wicked Wing is not responsible for trespass arising from inaccurate or incomplete permission information provided by the client.
FAA compliance & safety
Operations are conducted by FAA-certified (Part 107) pilots, subject to airspace, weather, and safety conditions. Service may be delayed, relocated, or declined at the pilot's discretion.
No guarantee of recovery
Terrain, weather, time elapsed, and other factors affect outcomes; recovery is not guaranteed. The fee covers the recovery service and is due at time of service regardless of outcome.
Assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnification
The client understands that drone-assisted wildlife recovery and related aerial services involve inherent risks, including risks related to terrain, property access, weather, equipment, and wildlife. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, family, and representatives, releases, waives, and agrees to hold harmless Wicked Wing Drone Services, its owner(s), pilots, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to the services provided, entry onto or access to any property, or the client's hunt, whether based on negligence or any other theory. The client further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wicked Wing Drone Services and its pilots from any third-party claims, including claims by neighboring or affected landowners, arising from the client's request, the property or location information the client provided, or the client's failure to obtain required permissions or to comply with applicable laws.
Payment
Cash, Venmo, or Check. Checks are payable to Wicked Wing Drone Services, 25981 State Highway C, Ewing, MO 63440. Pricing varies by travel time; no deposit; payment due at time of service.
